THE BRIEF
Desi Daru Vodka presents the Culture Colliders Cocktail Competition 2024 – a celebration of the fusion of British and Indian heritage through the art of mixology! We are inviting bartenders from across the UK to showcase their skills by crafting unique cocktails that blend the best of both India and Britain, using our award-winning Desi Daru Alphonso Mango Vodka.
Each cocktail must feature at least one Indian inspired ingredient and at least one British inspired ingredient. Desi Daru Vodka was designed to elevate the very best classic cocktails, Culture Colliders will champion a different cocktail each year, highlighting its story and recipe. Blind judging takes place by a panel of expert judges throughout June as the finalists are selected

Finalists gather in London to compete in the Grand Final, judged by the owners and industry experts
IMPORTANT INFO
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. One entry per person
2. Participants must be employed within the UK and be over the age of 18
3. Each cocktail must include a minimum of 40ml of Desi Daru Alphonso Mango Vodka
4. Cocktails must contain at least one Indian inspired ingredient and one British inspired ingredient
5. No more than 6 ingredients (not including garnish)
6. Recipe must be provided for all homemade ingredients
7. Recipes entered must be expressed in millilitres with the use of 'dashes' and/or 'drops' limited to bitters, hot pepper sauce and the like
